Meet Jasen Holloway, founder.
Jasen didn't come from Silicon Valley. He came from watching service businesses — good ones, hardworking ones — struggle with the same problem over and over: great at the work, terrible at the phones.
After seeing how AI was transforming other industries, he asked a simple question: why are HVAC companies, roofers, and plumbers still losing calls to voicemail in 2024? He built HAIAS to answer that question — and to give those businesses the same technology edge that big companies have, without the big company price tag or the tech headaches.
